  • Where can I learn more about working at Rossum?

    You can find lots of information and content on our social channels, LinkedIn , Twitter, and Instagram. Take a look to see the events we attend and the content we produce.   • Do I need to speak a foreign language to work for Rossum?

    The internal language at Rossum is English, and it is the only language required to be part of our team.

  • How long will the interview process take?

    Each position is unique. Some interviews involve speaking with team members and leadership, and some will involve tests. But generally, our entire process takes around 2-3 weeks to complete. Feel free to discuss this with your recruiter.

  • How can I prepare for my interview?

    First, try to understand who we are and what we stand for. Please learn about the functional area and part of the business you are interested in.

    Next, identify what you bring to Rossum: your skills, strengths, and how you will add value to our team.

    For tests, complete them in a quiet environment with no distractions. Give yourself enough time to complete the assessments and do the practice test to understand the questions in the assessments. Some positions may require an online assessment for coding skills, natural strengths, and decision-making.

    Remember that interviews are two-way conversations. Use your time to ask questions to learn about Rossum and the role. We’re always happy to connect you with subject matter experts and future colleagues within Rossum for informal conversations to give you more insights.

    Interviews will vary across roles, so it’s best to reach out to your recruiter for help with interview preparation.

  • What should I wear to my interview?

    Stuffy corporate is not our style, so you don’t need to dress up to impress us. Wear whatever makes you most comfortable.

  • I applied for a role previously but didn't get the job, can I reapply?

    Absolutely! We have no policy that prevents you from reapplying. However, if you want to do so, our advice is to do it at least 6 months after your last application to Rossum.

  • Can I count on feedback?

    We know how frustrating it is to be without feedback. We work with complete transparency so that everyone has feedback at every step. Our TA team is available to give you information about the progress or any questions you may have during the process.

  • What's the culture like at Rossum?

  • Is the office dog friendly?

    Definitely YES! We love dogs and have a few trotting around the office sometimes.

  • Will I have a chance to progress my career?

    100%. Your new manager will help you to understand how you can grow within Rossum, and you’ll have plenty of opportunities to test and prove your abilities. We have loads of Rossumers who have started in a role and then moved upwards.

  • Do you support a remote way of working?

    The majority of our employees say they prefer a hybrid model of work—some in-office time, some WFH—so that’s our current approach. No matter what, though, we’re committed to listening to our team.

  • How do you ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion?

  • Where are you located?

    Our headquarters are in beautiful Prague – Karlin. We also have offices in the US, and there are some Rossumers working remotely from different parts of the world.
