Chapter #2 of the Rossum Journey | Coupa Acquires Rossum

Today marks an incredible milestone in our nine-year journey – I am pleased to share that Rossum has been acquired by Coupa, the leading platform for autonomous spend management.

As a founder, I’m incredibly proud of how far we’ve come in revolutionizing the IDP space, from our early days of being the first pioneers of deep learning-based data extraction and eliminating the need for templates to the fully automated agentic paperwork workforce we are building today at Rossum.

This automated workforce is a key ingredient to Coupa’s vision. We realized that the very best way for Rossum to further our mission to make B2B communication frictionless is to deeply embed our technology into Coupa’s market-leading platform.

None of this would be possible without the dedication and talent of the Rossum team, our incredible users, and support from our investors. Thank you all for being part of this journey.
