To get started, import your invoices — no need to set up any templates beforehand; Rossum’s AI-powered system quickly finds datasets in a matter of seconds. Then, using the intuitive user interface, validate the extracted data and export it into your preferred system.
Next, we will show you how to send invoices via email all the way to exporting them in Excel format.
Open your inbox and send invoices to your Rossum email address. Then go to the app – your invoices are already uploaded.

You can check the extracted data and customize the validation of any additional fields. Rossum’s AI will keep learning from your actions to improve accuracy and reduce the need for manual entry over time. Click confirm, and your data is ready for exporting.

Open the exported tab and choose a format. As you can see, all of the data was successfully extracted and is now ready to be used. You can also export in JSON or integrate with your ERP system through API or RPA.
