How to add a queue in Rossum

Hi, and welcome to Rossum! Today we will show you how to add a queue.

To recap, here’s how Rossum works: First, import your invoices. Then, our AI will process them. After that, you can validate and export the data into your preferred business system. 

You’ll want to add queues so you can maintain separate users or use cases or configure captured data fields and downloads separately. As you’re about to see, this is a swift and simple process.

Click on the Settings icon in the top left corner of your Rossum account. This takes you straight to the Queue tab. Click on the blue “Add queue” button in the top right corner and fill in the queue name, choosing the workspace you want your queue to be in. Then choose a schema template to finish creating your new queue.

You can also add workspaces or users the exact same way. As we said, it’s super quick and easy!
