Document Status Page
Automatically acknowledge document receipt to keep senders in the loop and save your team from handling document status inquiries manually.
When a document is received and key fields recognized, an email is sent back to the sender that contains a receipt summary. It also includes a button that can be clicked by the sender anytime to check on the document status.
The details of the shown document statuses can be configured. Moreover, Rossum integrations can update the statuses even once the document is exported from Rossum (e.g. to track when an invoice is approved in the ERP or paid).
How to try
Try it yourself by registering for the free trial below. Click “Extensions” in the upper navigation bar, then “Rossum Store.” After clicking the Try extension button, you’ll be taken to the configuration screen where you set up the queues on which you want the active Document Status Page.
