When reviewing documents in Rossum, there are multiple ways of moving between data fields, confirming them, and editing them. Over time, operators find the most suitable way for them to review documents. In this article, we provide some tips on how to speed up the reviewing process using various keyboard shortcuts or tricks in the UI.
Header fields
TAB – move to the next field in the sequence.

ENTER – move between fields that have the eye icon displayed next to them and await your review.

CTRL+SHIFT+A – add a new value to the end of the multivalue header field.

SHIFT+click – add a new value to the multivalue header field without pressing the “Add a value” button. You can hold SHIFT and keep clicking on various values to add them to the multivalue field.

Tables
TAB – move between fields in the direction from the beginning of a row to its end.

UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT – you can use the arrows to move around the table space.

CTRL+SHIFT+A – add a new row to the end of a table.

Drag & Drop – you can click on a cell and drag its bottom right corner to the cells below it to copy its values.
