Customer Solution Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Solution Specialist to make sure our product is utilized to its fullest potential and that there are no technical roadblocks in customers’ adoption journey.
We are all geeks and hackers who like to engineer beautiful systems, all the way to Rossum’s CEO. You will fit right in if you:
- Are customer oriented. You enjoy delighting them and you don’t hesitate to go the extra mile for them. You take personal pride in the way you communicate. You pursue clarity and structure in the way you communicate.
- Have excellent English both spoken and written is a must. The job is 70% communication.
- Can support customers during the onboarding process with a spot on analysis. You will guide customers through the AI machine learning process, help them with initial configuration, interpret results and suggest next steps based on the customer’s needs. The job is 30% analysis.
- Are honest and bullshit-free. You base your opinions on data, but don’t cling to it in the face of good arguments.
- The knowledge base Customer Solution Specialist has to navigate is vast, but that doesn’t intimidate you. You will climb learning curves for the following domains
- Annotation Process (helping customers training their AIs)
- Product Configuration
- Customer Technical Support
- Documentation Development
- Nice to have if you have experience with SQL, Terminal, JSON, Browser Devtools

Right now, we already process up to hundreds of documents per minute to save our users 85% of this work, serving some of the world’s best companies. Our mission is to create a world that builds rather than types, as companies that switched from email to Slack and Teams for internal communication next switch to Rossum for their orders and invoices.
