Now we are seeking a high-energy results-driven professional with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude, and natural sales instincts to join our Sales team.

This is a full-time position based in our Prague office (also possibly remote) for a native/fluent English speaker.



  • Penetrate the current customer base and develop new business cases.
  • Up-sell and generate new / expansion business from established customer relationships.
  • Identify opportunities via customer’s research and create a qualified target account and contacts list.
  • Build trusted relationships with existing customers, understand their business, challenges and demands.
  • Educate prospects about Rossum platform’s updates to achieve their business goals while cost-saving.
  • Support our retention goals by maintaining and establishing relationships with internal champions with existing customers.
  • Organize data in CRM and work in partnership with our Sales and Customer Success team.
  • Work directly with Rossum team members to improve the sales process, onboarding process, partners process and fine-tune the marketing strategy based on conversations with current customers.
  • Contribute to our business growth in a fast paced, energy-charged atmosphere, as a valued member of our Sales team.



  • Account Management Experience/Customer Success Experience (at least 3 years).
  • Fluent/native English, both spoken and written (other languages are a plus).
  • You understand the concept of vision and value selling. You approach every meeting with a customer as an opportunity to exceed their expectations. 
  • Ability to shape or reshape deals to best meet the needs of our customers and leverage Rossum capabilities.
  • Ability to articulate ROI to prospective customers.
  • Consultative selling experience and quota carrying experience.
  • Time management and analytical skills.
  • Ability to achieve quarterly targets.
  • Leadership skills – this is a ground floor opportunity, first of its kind and will require a sense of leadership, ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to keep pace in a rapidly changing environment, which requires prioritization, constant learning, juggling multiple responsibilities at once, and taking calculated risks.
